At Home Court Australia, all basketball courts are custom manufactured to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. Because of the customised nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy.
Custom Orders
All courts are made specifically to the dimensions, colours, and configurations selected by the customer at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections once production has begun.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, dimensions, colours, and product selections are correct before placing an order. If incorrect dimensions or specifications are provided by the customer, Home Court Australia cannot be held responsible and cannot remake or modify the product once manufacturing has started.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before manufacturing has commenced. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded due to the custom manufacturing process.
Manufacturing & Turnaround Time
Our courts are made to order and typically require 5–6 weeks for production and preparation before delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
